Now, WMIH owns the equity interests in WMIIC, we own the assets!

You see, this has nothing to do with the WMILT, except as a pass through mechanism, all assets that are left over from the "certain assets" that were distributed to the WMILT, belong to shareholders, but think about it as we were returned to where we were before, just without WMB!
