HoT is right - this is a real company trying hard to bring something very disruptive to a nearly unlimited number of industries. It's a noble and grand idea - and they are well-positioned now - FINALLY - in the CRM space to do just that. It all depends on the marketplace reaction to the product. If they like it - it will catch on and then it is a matter of how fast and when, and those waiting for a lot of numbers will likely have to buy in at a higher price.
