He NEVER paid a franchise fee for this store.
It opened ---- then closed.

He NEVER paid a franchise fee.
GO BACK A SEE IF UPZS received any franchise fee's.
You will not find any FRANCHISE fee's in their financials for the last tweleve ? years
Also UPSZ owes CREDO VENTURES LLC $495,000 for the BAR.
