Hey Guys. Everyone on here seems very positive and I just want to know what I am missing. At a quick glance this company seems shady.

Are there any Unique Pizza & Subs Restaurant Franchises actually in business? Maybe under a different name? I could only find one store (in CA) and it looks like it went out of business.

On their website they list Unique Pizza Tap House Sports Grill as a subsidiary. I also found an article that says,"Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (OTC: UPZS) announces the Opening of the first Unique Pizza Tap House of Murrieta California. Unique Pizza & Subs Corp. has formed 50/50 partnership with Southern California UPZS Master Franchisee Kevin Serrano to form Credo Ventures LLC and has opened the first of many Corporate & Franchisee owned Unique Pizza Tap House's." I believe on the main board someone posted that this is a false claim and that Kevin did not sign. Is this true? Also seems odd that the website listed on UPZS's site does not work & the name is different.

Are there any actual stores that carry Jose Madrid Salsa Co, Unique Frozen Pizza Worldwide, & Christopher Street Products? For the first two I can't find much in terms of where to purchase the product besides amazon & the owners website for the salsa. I see UPZS articles claiming the christopher st products are being sold at Homegoods, yet nothing comes up when I google it. The only thing that seems legit is the popsycakes, maybe I'm wrong...

It also appears that the website they have listed for Christopher St doesn't work.
