Apparently a suit was brought against Keasberry for a lot of money. I'm no attorney but it looks like he never showed up to challenge the case against him. It's all on pacer if you want to view it. Here's a snippit I found.

WHEREFORE, upon application of the Plaintiff, Auctus Fund, LLC (hereinafter “Auctus”
or the “Fund”), and upon, Affidavits, Exhibits and other filings demonstrating that the Defendant,
BRK, Inc. (hereinafter the “Company” or “BRKK”) owes the Plaintiff, Auctus Fund, LLC, the
amounts as follows: a) the principal amount of $237,820.16; b) the principal amount of
$713,460.48 in punitive damages, under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, M.G.L. c.
93A, §§ 2 and 11; and c) reasonable attorneys’ fees of $5,575.00 and costs of $710.00, as the
“prevailing party” under the contract.
It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Plaintiff recover from De-
fendant BRKK the principal amount of $237,820.16 in compensatory damages, the principal
amount of $713,460.48 in punitive damages, under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act,
M.G.L. c. 93A, §§ 2 and 11, and reasonable attorneys’fees of $5,575.00 and costs of $710.00, and

together with interest as provided by law.
