My best guess is that a group bought a bunch of .0001s hoping to spark some buying and sell them at .0002, and will dump what they can’t sell back at .0001 if it doesn’t get moving. In the meantime, some note holders are probably excited about the prospect of converting at .00005 and dumping into the bid, but I don’t think they can legally do so under Rule 144 without current financials being posted.
