Anyway.... spin it how you want. I am a share holder and hope this company recovers and sells movies. Hopefully they are doing things that need to be done for the good of the companies shareholders and not solely the good of the it's board.

However, i listend to James and Kens interviews on Subpenny and know that he was at the very least misleading in several areas.

Your forcing me to show rehash things i said to myself i didn't want to bring up on here anymore.

James "no rs in the near future" -stated in subpenny interview. I don't know exact dates but i know it wasn't long after the interview that they announced the move to nevada and rs crap again.

Does anyone believe that he and Ken had no idea why the restrictions were implemented by the brokerages? He knew and he lied. Notice how there was no uproar when the restrictions are placed on trading for a second time. No one is begging the company to do something about the restrictions. Shareholders knew the response they would get, nothing....
