It's getting painful to have to continually have to point out OBVIOUS REASONS for sales not living up to some people's expectations. For you amigo I'll endure it once again. THEY HAVE LITTLE OR NO ADVERTISING BUDGET. THEY have foot and knee clearance in the U. S. I would guess they await full clearance before attempting to go national. THEY HAVE not realized ANY income from nhs or inevitable Dr. Scholls among other things. Maybe then they will be able to fund some advertising. The answers are all there for the unbiased eye to see.imho
