I received a response today.
Couldn't get much info unfortunately, for better or worse.
From what I understand they have won the case, but am not sure that final judgment has happened yet.
This may explain the delays.
Looking at the text message DD provided here, it could confirm what I think is happening. When they say they "have" final judgment, it could mean they are awaiting it because they finally reached that part of the case, rather than they have received it already.

I'm sure the company would like to release a PR with details of the final judgement, i.e. the amount of restitution, etc.
Of course they can now go ahead and start to search for deals with their patents since they won the case, but that's different than figuring out how much recompense the company is deserved.

In my experience with court proceedings such as this, the long strenuous part is over, now the judge decides what the compensation to the company will be. This normally does not take very long, a few weeks to a month. Mainly because the judge probably has a multitude of cases at a time and court dates are scheduled on a monthly basis.

Can someone with a subscription to pacemonitor check if there is upcoming court dates scheduled?
