If a Refinery was need in the West Texas Permian Basin then the Big boys would have built one years ago!

Do some DD and see that the Big boys are building new pipelines from West Texas Permian basin to the Texas Gulf coast to the Houston and Corpus Christi Existing established Refinery's!

This MMEX share selling SCAM is to easy to expose!!
