IMO and it is just speculation from my part: costs were very high, I smell those cost were due to excessive Bonuses... etc. Auditors could find out about it. Maybe Kettle took a short path to avoid questioning on those operations..

I dont think Kettle wants to let others take control of GAWK's management. He feels like GAWK is his darling creation etc.
I do expect great News on acquisitions with exotic Tech which Kettle will propel as the new way to get REVENUES...

If and only IF ..the above happens PPS could raise quickly and have a big resistance at 0.25. So I believe right now there is a window of opportunity to recoup money and even get a decent profit after all. Biut it is just my opinion so take this as it.
