jufel: Why would GAWK avoid 10-Ks and 10-Qs?

How could they afford new employees and growth by acquisitions if they cannot afford 10-Qs and 10-Ks?

And, they will always need auditors. If they are going dark for those reasons, then we are worse off than I thought. There is something else going on which none of us understand.

They can always resurrect themselves, become fully reporting, and trade back on the OTC at some point. Do you think they are setting themselves up to be sold or acquired? Is a merger the reason they are doing this?

I wish we had communication with the company!
