Markman is done and went our way.

Discovery is almost done.

Not too long from now they will all have to make a decision. Pay now and move on or risk the consequences of a trial. In my experience on other patent plays, if the defendant thinks it will have to pay post discovery, they will request a settlement conference. We could see something different here as other patent plays were just looking for quick cash. I don’t see that being the case here
