As long as they are closing deals, like the Morning deal today, I don't care about a backward looking audit. I care about the actions that impact the forward financials. We know Roger f'd up the communication. He should have stated audit had has been started and shut up. But, that's water under the bridge. This audit should take 10-12 months to complete given this is a holding company. I'm not investing in the audit. I'm investing in a business that is growing.
