So if it is possible that EMA switched the A to B, would that not be extortion and or fraud to file this case? Rory did say they would be given the chance to pull the case rather than him showing the world their filth (paraphrasing). I think Rory is kind. This would make me fighting mad, but perhaps he realizes any distraction like this is not worth paying attention to when you lock on to the success of the company and the creation of shareholder value.
