Yep, Bill said the move was for cost savings and the O/S would never exceed 4.5 billion. The last time TPAC actually filed with the SEC the O/S was over 8 billion. I would estimate the O/S in the 12 -15 billion range now.

I forget, is TPAC domiciled in WY where unlimited authorized shares is allowed?
