No, TAUG’s Q. Should be looking a lot better.

For clarification purposes, is the poster "skipping over" the next financial report, which is the audited 10-K?

The financial position portrayed in the 10-K will be no better, and probably worse, than what was presented in the last Q. Actually, the Balance Sheet will definitely show fewer Assets and there's a good chance there will be virtually no revenues on the Income Statement.

As stated in an earlier post, the Fiscal 2018 10-K will finally be filed in mid-July. The next 10-Q will show up in late August. Who knows what TAUG's financial situation will be at the end of June, but IMO, there is a good chance the total Balance Sheet Asset line will be essentially unchanged from what was reflected as of December 31, 2017.

Also, the chance of showing measurable revenue is slim at best! LOL! So much for TAUG'S PAID CONSULTANT JOHNNY C's prediction "the lip goop will generate revenues to pay for TAUG's day-to-day operations"! Oh well! I bet ICE+JAM is hugely pleased with CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw's marketing effort! What a joke! The lip goop product was introduced in mid-December 2017 and there's a good chance total sales during the first half of calendar year 2018 will not reach $1000!

NO...IT IS HIGHLY DOUBTFUL THERE WILL BE ANY REASON TO "HEAP TONS OF PRAISE ON THE TAUG BOD"! THE RESULTS THROUGH THE END OF MAY DO NOT SHOW ANY PARTICULARLY SIGNIFICANT GAINS WITHOUT SIMILAR OFFSETTING LOSSES, BUT WHO KNOWS WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN BY THE END OF JUNE! GOOD LUCK!
