I recommend reading the attorney letter to better understand the reports it covers. As I correctly stated, it was for the Annual Report. Sadly, it was for a bunch of older reports, too.

I also recommend looking at the Yield Sign that was added after the removal you mentioned. They had Pink Current status until they missed the promised date of May 21.

The interim report does not meet the filing requirement for Quarterly Reports.
