Anybody doing DD knows...or should know...that bioelectronics (the technology, not the company) is an emerging health care technology. BIEL is an early leader. BIEL is also build distribution channels that are global in nature. Think about Stell Artois. Why did they buy Budweiser? They didn't care about the Budweiser brand so much as the Budweiser distribution channels. Go into most bars in the US today and you'll find Stella is available. That my friends, is good business. BIEL has the right technology, the right timing and building the right distribution. I'm on board.
