Very good post as to why Seth made the move into BLNK for TAUG, it explains that this was not a shot in the dark and he was able to evaluate how silly a 20 million dollar valuation was. Everyone was surprised at how fast the stock moved up though.

I for one actually read posts and attached links! The article at the end of the posted link says nothing about Blink Charging systems, Tauriga Sciences, or the brilliance of Consultant CEO Seth Shaw. It indicates the EV market is growing, with a general review one man's opinion related to today's EV charging demographic and anticipated charging demographic. THE END!

The article is really not bad, but there is no direct connection to BLNK and to imply such is the case would be false! There is absolutely NO GUARANTEE Blink Charging will be a "player" even two or three years hence!

Why was BLNK's $20 million valuation "silly"?

Talk about "silly"! With only $1.9 million in non-Cash assets on the Balance Sheets, revenues of less than $600,000 per quarter, and annual YoY revenue growth already STAGNANT, today's $140,000,000 BLNK valuation is pure fantasy! IMO...over the near-term, i.e. a few months, the valuation will see an appropriate significant downward "adjustment". Wait until the next Q is filed!
