If god wanted Israel to be Energy Independent, wouldn't he have placed the 'Promise Land' in what is now Kuwait, Kurdistan, or Saudi Arabia?

I'm just not really sold on the notion that God wants Israel to be energy independent...

Does God want them to be independent regarding ALL commodities?

Gold? Copper? Uranium? Rice? Corn? Lumber? Coffee Beans?

Where does God draw the line???

Most would say that it is ludicrous to think that God would want Israel to be Coffee Bean Independent...

Why? because (1) it doesn't make sense geographically & (2) Coffee wasn't a thing in biblical times...

I would argue that God doesn't necessarily want Israel to to have Oil Independence for the exact same reasons...
