I fully agree and I would say this argument of why buy a building in one of the most expensive areas of lower 48 you can have one, is what has kept me in this investment in LQMT. 8 million for a building, many thousands for utilities, 10's of thousands in property taxes, plus several million for machines. Not including maintenance, and all the other cost associated with having a commercial building in Lake Forest CA.

I have voice my opinion as much as anyone here about how disappointed I am with the non performance of LQMT and I am and still am the last QER we just had was disgusting at best.

But having said all that - the facts are no one in buys a 8 million dollar building in the most expensive part of the lower 48 and fills it with a couple million of machinery just for a scam or IP. Li could have just bought LQMT outright sold off any assets in the US and headed to China with a brief case if he just wanted the IP. There is zero reason for the LF building if he his not planning to manufacture something there at some point.
