Marzan, Dr. Bosch did not say the event rate had slowed to 5.4 per month, he instead stated it had slowed to 2.0 per month. You are throwing 35 around like it is based on some sound piece of information. If Dr. Bosch's rate is constant, at 12 months from June 5, 2017, we'd be at 76 surviving (not 35), but rates of OS eventing tend to slow over time. Therefore the number is likely to be in the 80's.
