WRT RTT, every naysayer has been focusing on L and how the company may have a problem with the regs such as other approved treatments should have been exhausted first.

I don't think it's L that should be in peoples minds but rather Direct

Watch from 33.20 where he actually states

"the patients all come to us with progressive disease"
"they all have failed all approved therapies. So there's no approved therapies for the patients. They have progressive disease. They come to the Phase 1 clinic, they ask for experimental therapies. This is what we can offer them"

This also fits with the experience of Alan Butler (Vice President - National Geographic Channel) who was also told that there were no more therapies until he found DCVAX Direct.
