Mugsy.

I found this confusing: "Summus Works, Inc. Announces New Vice President of Sales and Marketing"

Note the word "NEW"

Compare the above with the rest of the PR, "...announced it has retained William Veve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing...."

Note the phrase, "has retained"

I don't remember William Veve as a name associated with SMMW in the past, not as an employee anyway. How is it possible to retain someone who is supposed to be new to the company?

Typically, “retaining the services of”, is a phrase associated with consulting work rather than the traditional, "is an employee of."

The way it was written, and the fact that I've never heard of Wm. Veve before, seemed like the past association may have been on a consulting level rather than employee. I just thought I’d pose the question.

Besides, why would Dan be hiring a vice president of marketing right now? There are many more pressing problems to solve. A vice president position and salary should be on back burner. I just don't see how Dan can afford to pay a large salary right now. My biggest questions are:

- Are the staff in place to complete an advertising campaign with AHDG?

- Are the staff in place to create an oveseas exchange market?

- Are the staff in place to secure, build and open a Summus Center?

- Are the staff in place to produce the shareholder update DVD?

- Are the staff in place to complete at least 1/2 of the PR's published to date?

Mugsy, it seems like priorities are out of place.
