Well that's still a positive message though, is it not? ED is stating he is still on board to get everything current. We were suspended for not being current. With Everett's other Company UHLN, he has been forthcoming with the financials and getting up to date. The company already stated that it was going to be an uphill climb to get the fins up to date (4 month time frame), so I'm still not sure where all the worry is. Once the company gets up to date, we should be ok. The suspension is only a 10 business day trading suspension. Not 100% sure what this does for the SEC other than hopefully get the company in contact to provide an update. I'll admit I'm still a newbie, but everything seems pretty straight forward. People are freaking out that their investment is locked up, but in reality, even with the 10 day suspension, this was never going to run for at least another month, so no harm, no foul... YET.
Still holding out for something good to happen.
