Q: Is the name and ticker being changed?

A: Yes, around February 1st because filing for a new CIK could temporarily halt trading and we want to give the shareholders plenty of notice.

The first mention of a ticker change from Dec. 20th. Yes, they have more recently 'explained' why the process is slow and the steps they are taking but that doesn't mean we haven't been waiting...

Also, a few other remaining questions:
1. Where is the promised 'more transparent' transfer agent?
2. Where are contracts from the conferences they attended?
3. What is going on with the 2 'revitalized' subsidiaries?
4. What ever happened to the LOI to Acquire Telecom Holding Company?

If anyone has heard anything about these things I would love to know. However, after a PR campaign we have heard nothing since early April which seems odd since they had released forward lookin PRs about once every 2 weeks up to that point.
