I see a lot of posts, showing that the rec vote for Cannabis legalization in Canada anticipating this vote to be a catalyst. Yes it will be a big event, but I’m starting to wonder how much of an impact it will have on these stocks. It’s no secret that the vote is coming, it’s no secret that it’s going to pass. Personally, I believe the summit in Geneva between June 4th through 8th, is a bigger event. The World Health Organization is going to have a 4 day summit in regards to the classification of cannabis in all of the UN. Yes, great the Canadian legalization is good for an increase in revenue. I see the bigger money being made out of Canada as exports, this the conference in Geneva being more significant than the final vote in Canada. After final vote it will take 2-3 months to go into effect. We won’t see the real impacts of legalization until 2019 in my opinion. There won’t be significant numbers in revenue for another year.
