As a publicly traded company it is in fact DEAD. I find it amusing that anyone finds a Reverse Split on a revoked security as anything positive. Only in the land of pinks does something of significant financial disaster become a positive event just because there is "activity". I can't wait to read in the years to come when brokers start removing these non tradable assets out of accounts and how positive that activity is interpreted.
