My issue with Ponder is that he only talks revenues not margins and controls. I like this vision he puts out and has delivered on but it could bankrupt them if they cannot make money on a service business model.
No talk of developing any product or even unique sales proposition so they could premium price their services. Just more and more service companies.
I am concerned that ICLD's numbers improved so much after divesting of ADEX and AWS, meaning they were the worst performing units in ICLD. But that is probably why Ponder was able to get them for so little and if he turns it around the pay back will be huge for all shareholders.
