Odds, to me, are greater than 95% settlement.
And settlement talks could be underway (as some have speculated).

To me, this is all foreshadowing an upcoming settlement with possible royalties.
Cable companies can't afford to lose (at trial), else time to pull the plug on those modems.
Just too much monthly revenue for them.
