You should visit some of the other board of tickers sent to the grays. There's nothing obvious about it. You will not be able to give away the shares. This is a done deal. This is how the SEC shuts down these scams without incurring the overhead of all that litigation.

There is obviously a buyer that will be more than happy to relieve us of our shares.

And if somebody don't fry me six goddamn eggs and some Carolina fries, I would personally be shocked, shocked I tell you, if by mornin' this place ain't burnt to the ground.
