no, market makers have been prohibited from making a market.it's called blind trading, there will be no bid or ask. trading on the greys is matched market trading. you put in your trade with a broker and hope it's matched up. there is no incentive for brokers to look to other brokers for matches, so most trades are done within brokers with their own clients.
