Just curious about indemnification or mention.

Cisco had six IPR petitions for US Patent Nos. 8,341,679 and 8,984,565 denied institution.

Understand they are not being sued nevertheless.

As you've blogged about, has ARRIS booked their contingent liability.

If perused Cisco's other legal proceedings, they mention others and nothing booked. All immaterial.
