The Institutions will let the MMs take the price down, but then jump in and buy up the shares just before the shorts do. That way they get the lowest price possible. This is what is messin with the shorts agenda. I don't think they were expecting an institutional interest so high. The shorts are NOT getting enough shares to cover in time - and time is running out!
