Beyond the noise and misguided speak from momentum traders recently....

The facts indicate a M&A play, which is very logical and plausible.

The connected players Novus Capital, Vivakor would both have interest in seeing this clean shell with tax and VIVK equity assets be utilized. Indirectly via Vivakor, their nano JV partner CSS Nanotech could also have similar interest for public trading vehicle. Many possibilities.
