Scheduling pushed back just a month...pretty meaningless. I home the impaitent sell.

However i think this is actually good news. If it were pushed back 3-6 monrhs it would be a different story.

1 month is such a small amount of time... my guess is this was the max amount of delay andrew would allow and discover will close in a month.

Ask your self why the defendants would ask dor just one month.... secondly what about the requested stay or the request forto see the valuation. I believe these are now off the table
