Just speculation.

If I were a lawyer ...

and a screeching lobotomized chimp who claimed to have worked on Wall Street for 30 years came to me, and asked a question that demonstrated she didn't know the first thing about how the stock market worked,

and the question was about something that could be answered within 2 seconds of doing a google search, requiring less intelligence than a sack-o-rocks...
