CBDiesel should have midrange THC% with high CBD%. It’s nothing like hemp because hemp is not produced to smoke the flower. When you have a high CBD count along with the THC your getting a more mellow experience vs. the hard buzz of say an above 20% THC count.

So prob a great flower to help relax and yes you still get the THC buzz with it too. You would never waste this flower to make just CBD oil. Now THC/CBD vape oil yes but not the CBD oil that contains no THC and is legal all over the U.S. that CBD oil is made from hemp.
