Yep it is an impossible scenario. If one NSM equals 12.78 WMIH and NSM trades at more than 18 while WMIH goes to the dumpster like some people said then all NSM SH will sell their shares and buy more than 12.78 WMIH and they will buy the entire company and it is not a merger anymore but NSM is buying WMIH. And that is an impossible scenario.
