I read the farm bill. The Hemp CBD oil is a less potent oil. The hemp farm bill is for HEMP and related products not for MJ products. Don’t be quick to say the hemp CBD will be in competition in MJ CBD. That is not true. They are totally different! but thanks for posting though.
