I do not totaly agree Maxz...it is a very good sign to bring in the Automation and the control boys and girls right from the start. Very important to let them participate in all the aspects of the mine and the facilities. When they are good at there profession they can bring a lot of good ideas because they know what automation can do and what the possibilities are.

It is not only putting machines instead of manpower it is a total different aproach of problem analisys and problem solving...

It makes the difference between mechanising and a automation..
