Obviously, if you accept your assumption that licensing deals are not available at all then of course there will have to be shares offered. I was commenting on yours and others’ assumptions that Berlin doesn’t care whether he dilutes or does deals, or is actually hoping to just offer shares to get a bonus. Clearly illogical. But if you assume that AXAL, HER2, PSA, the combo programs and HOT all have no licensing value, why on earth would you own the stock?
