Which would be better for Ken’s shares? Dilution or some good licensing deals?


Oh the licensing deals that were about to happen any day and every day when Tony was in charge for well over 8 months - deals for HER2, and the 4 franchises?

What would Ken do if he has realized or has been told by BP that there is going to be no licensing deals in the next 12 months or until EM approval, whichever comes first. What good does it do to his shares if he cannot have money to run Advaxis?

this persistent assumption that anyone associated with ADXS must have zero professional pride or sense of responsibility to shareholders is not warranted.

It has nothing to do with assumption of pride or the lack thereof. One has to wonder if Tony or Ken really have anything good to offer, if there is nothing to offer

If Tony could not get any deal, it may not have anything to do with Tony's capability if he was given a bad set of cards to play the game. It is quite possible that Tony passed on the same cards to Ken - or may be not, who knows.

If Ken has shitty cards to begin with, do you think he will

a) fold, get up and quit the game

b) pretend and continue to play the game as if he has good cards

c) continue to play the next few games with the money he has hoping that his luck would change for the better

d) realize that he will run out of money, arrange for more funds not waiting for his luck to turn for the better.
