This company has some very serious financial issues such as trouble to pay its debt obligations. Shareholders will likely get their hide tanned if revenues don't come quick. So far, this is a patent play, and SFOR has to repay some hefty money if it wins from some of the current lawsuits. SFOR shareholders are VERY lucky this is still over a penny right now (I admit I still hold some shares over a penny)...if revenue doesn't come in quick - dilution or worse (R/S) could occur. I didn't even think about a R/S two weeks ago, but that was a VERY VERY bad quarterly. The other board wonders why some sell? EASY...to profit and get cheaper shares if they want them. Selling the past month doesn't mean you will have less shares long term, it can mean you are picking up more shares for less money...sometimes "Hanging out" and letting MM's, debt conversions, and dilution have control over you is not good. We will see if SFOR can actually produce soon...right now, their financial picture is horrible (I don't think anyone can produce facts that it isn't horrible). People wonder why this hasn't broken 3 cents...with as much debt and horrible revenue - it doesn't warrant it. Come on SFOR - give reasons why it can break 3 cents once and for all. This quarterly was another can kicked down the road from last year. ALL MY OPINIONS.
