Please correct me if I’m wrong but growers in the states are limited to providing cannabis only to the markets within that states borders. Any interstate commerce is forbidden due to the federal laws against marijuana. Perhaps if we had an open market, similar to that expected in Canada, Oregon’s glut would be a boon to their growers as they could then supply states without quality grows. Canadian growers have a much greater opportunity not only to supply Canadian provinces but also have the opportunity to expand into global markets as they become available... totally different situation than the one currently in play in the great old “land of the free”...
