Another way to look at it was Rosen did describe the Monterey location as having value so maybe the comments were pointed there. The farm looked well ran, clean and organized. Like I said before close this deal and I have a totally new outlook on PNTV. If they don’t close I don’t see many investors keeping faith.

Also if they complete the deal you should see many new investors coming in.
