Yesterday, on 5-20-2018 I took some photos of the proposed new S&L location at 20 West 6th Street in Tempe, AZ. I saw no sign that indicated that any remodeling was in progress or that anything was happening with the property. I saw no sign that said "For Lease" or anything like that either. All I saw was a sign on the door directing customers of Z'Tejas to their other locations in the Phoenix area (most of which have also closed).
Nothing new seems to be going on. There seems to be a bum nest on the bench out front though. Common in the Mill Avenue area.
