I have being in a stock that went gray and came out of it, and still trading today strong, many got in trouble then in 2014 on MJ runs that years. I have seen some that got suspended for few days and suspension lifted within days when SEC got what they want. Management have taking us shareholders for granted for too long if they are serious about this ticker merger, this suspension will exposed the reality to us, will be here to see where this land.
