Warm sent them the contracts last Tues May 15. Customers meet last Thurs and Friday. If CoolTech PRs signed contacts that reflect real sales (versus the contingent orders that came out in Nov) in the next couple of weeks it should do a lot to build up Hassett's credibility. I give it a couple of weeks because if they decided on what they wanted last week, their legal will likely review and tweak and then CoolTech's will do the same.
The 10Q will give us insight into what went on with the April 30th note. It it was kicked down the road it probably isn't too far in the future. I don't think we have seen enough selling for it to have been retired by distributing shares.
This is an interesting time for this company. I think it is the quiet before the storm, where storm refers to a storm of interest.
